Seller agrees:
I guarantee this cat is healthy and free of any bacterial, viral, internal or external parasites and free of any genetic defects a the time of purchase. Honeycoons queens and studs are tested for HCM and PKD and FIV/ FeLV free. If this kitten is found to have any problems with Buyer's veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase, it can be returned to me with a full refund to the Buyer. I will replace this kitten with another at no additional cost if this kitten dies within one year of the date of sale from a genetic defect and that said defect is evidenced in a necropsy report. I give this cat/ kitten with health certificate from examining licensed veterinarian and with vaccination record.I guarantee this cat/kitten to be FIV/FeLV negative at time of sale.
Buyer agreement:
- Buyer will provide for the nurturing and maintenance of this cat including but not limited to regular veterinary checkups, annual vaccinations, proper nutrition, and safe living surroundings;
- Buyer will keep this cat for the rest of his life. In event unforeseen circumstances prevent me from keeping this cat/kitten, I will contact the breeder for help in finding a suitable home;
- Buyer will not sell or give this cat to an animal shelter, pet store, or laboratory, or the like nor will I abandon it;
- Buyer will not declaw this cat;
- Buyer will not allow this cat/kitten to run free outdoors;
- Buyer will have altered pet kitten by a licensed veterinarian.
If the Buyer disregarded the above terms that I will reclaim this cat/kitten without a refund of the purchase price.
If the Buyer changes his mind about the purchase, the deposit will be returned upon re-sale of the kitten for at least as much as the original price.
